Trade Procurement
Trade Procurement
CA Services Qld provides structured & specialised Trade Procurement support to project teams requiring additional commercial resources during peak procurement periods – also referred to as a “Boost CA“.
We typically engage with Contractors for a defined procurement phase (generally 10–20 weeks, with a minimum engagement period of approximately 10 weeks) to assist in procuring and letting key trade packages in accordance with project programme requirements.
Our team integrates directly with the Contractor’s systems and workflows, operating as an extension of the project team to ensure procurement activities are completed efficiently, consistently and in alignment with head contract obligations.
Our approach focuses on maintaining programme certainty, ensuring clear scope definition and securing commercially appropriate subcontract outcomes.
Typical procurement engagements involve procuring 8–15 trade packages, depending on project scale, documentation completeness and market conditions.
