Jonathon is the Director of Contract Administration Services Qld, bringing extensive experience across contract administration, commercial management and project delivery on mid to large-scale construction projects throughout Queensland.

With a background working directly for principal contractors, Jonathon has a strong understanding of how construction projects are procured, delivered and commercially managed in live environments. His experience spans Tier 1 Projects both Nationally and Internationally in multiple sectors including healthcare, aged care, high rise residential, commercial, defence, aviation and government infrastructure.

Jonathon specialises in Trade Procurement, Commercial Management and Superintendent’s Representative Services, with a focus on maintaining programme certainty, managing commercial risk and ensuring contractual alignment between project stakeholders.

He is known for providing practical, solutions-focused advice based on real project experience, allowing him to integrate seamlessly into project teams and support both Contractors and Principals through all stages of the project lifecycle.

Through Contract Administration Services Qld, Jonathon continues to support a range of Tier 1 to Tier 3 contractors and government clients, delivering structured commercial outcomes and contributing to successful project delivery.
